What a Night

I went to a new gym tonight to get my first of two free boxing lessons. It was an amazing workout. But, the real fun began when I got home.

Four years ago I planted a vine of St. Croix grapes and today was the first real harvest this year. I picked a total of 70 bunches. Yes SEVENTY!!! It was enough to make 2 gallons of grape juice once pressed. The yeast has been added and in about 6-7 weeks I'll have fully fermented wine. I'll have to siphon it two times, do the finishing work, and finally place it into the apporaximate 12 bottels of wine it will make.

After that, I need to send some thanks up to FlyLady. I shined my sink tonight. I now have a pattern to my days thanks to FlyLady and a plan for keeping my house the way my daughter and I need it. It is so easy to keep a clean home when you have a logical and specialised plan of attach that is not over bearing and unreasonable. I am looking forward to doing what I need to do tomorrow.
